Just wanted to reach out and tell you what an asset Lacy Hatfield is to the Happy Kerrville organization.We’ve had some unfortunate banking situations in the past week (not Happy’s fault) and then had some issues resolving them in a timely manner.Today, Lacy stepped up and stepped in and got us taken care of on all three issues, professionally and quickly with a great personality and smile to boot!Way to go Lacy! …..and thank you!! -
