My good friend referred me to Hanna for refinance. I already had a loan officer who got me 2 mortgages in the past and I was pretty happy with. That said, it was not an easy decision for me to work with anyone else. After my initial conversation with Hanna, I was moved by her genuine interest in helping me with my needs and I am so glad that I made a decision to work with her.My main concern was not only getting a great interest rate but also the loan officer to follow through and close the loan in a timely manner. I have seen many people around me being promised with great interest rates but going through the refinance process for months because of such high demands and loan officers/underwriters not being able to follow through and close on the loan. Once I told Hanna my concerns, she recognized them and her focus throughout the process was to ensure my concerns dont become reality.Hanna made the whole process such a breeze, she set very clear expectations from the beginning so there were no surprises at the end. She was able to get me not only the great interest rate but also much less closing cost than I expected. Not only that, I really appreciated her giving me updates throughout the process and follow up even after loan was funded and closed. I have contacted her countless times during the whole process and always got prompt responses. She even gave me a reminder to get my driver license updated so that there are no issues at the closing. Hannas customer service was truely remarkable and she genuinly cares about your situations and needs.I am thankful that I got to work with Hanna and I wont be looking much elsewhere for any future loans.
