This is the third time Ive purchased a home, and Halye Summers at AmCap made it my best experience so far. She did a great job keeping me informed and explaining the process.Im updating this review to say Ive really soured on AmCap months after I bought my home. I continue to get calls and junk mail from them about various products like mortgage warranties or insurance. Often, the junk mail is designed to look like official letters that need urgent responses. The telemarketing is relentless. I dont know how many times Ive told a spam caller to take me off the list and stop bother me. A few weeks will go by and another person will call me. I would not use AmCap again.
