I loved that Ramiah ensures I wouldnt go into debt purchasing a home . She did her best with helping me understand the current process and what was going to happen afterwards. I like how I was able to communicate with Ramiah and her team throughout the process they had no problem answering the million of questions I had as a first time homebuyer . Even in my apparent frustration sometimes, they relieved me by ensuring they were trying their best and even hop on phone calls when needing to talk to banks, loan people etc. I definitely recommend Remiah and her team. They are always there to answer any of my dumb question I might have along the process with a cheerful reply.I have had them provide 4 or 5 mortgages for my investment purchases. They always work through all the twists and turns of a self-employed investor. Good customer service. Was happy with ever except the interest rate. Wel into the process I found I could have gotten a better interest rate had I shopped around a bit more.oh well, once the headaches of moving are done I can shop a refinance rate.
