Mr. Hackney went above and beyond our expectations. My parents had been struggling with their high interest rates on their reverse mortgage and unable to find someone who could properly answer their questions and help them to find a better rate. Mr. Hackney was exceedingly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. He not only found a low interest rate beyond what my parents were hoping for but at each step/hurdle, we could tell that he was simply looking out for my parentsβ best interest. Itβs been over a year and my mother still raves about how Mr. Hackney saved them so much money while being kind and patient throughout the entire process, especially given that English is not their native language. In times like these, with the recession and often found deceptive practices, Mr. Hackney was truly a blessing.
