Theres a reason why this company has all these 5 star reviews. They are amazing! I was referred to Deddrick after 2 months of the worst experience with the builders mortgage company. Two months of back and forth with no approval or denial. I had a straight answer from Gumbeaux on day 1 and in ONE WEEK they had us closing smoothly. They are real mortgage experts providing the best customer experience.

I worked with Deddrick on a property , and from start to finish if was a great experience. The interest rate I got from Gumbeaux Lending group was the BEST. My previous lenders on my other properties did not believe what Gumbeaux Lending Group Offered us. ( they all said its impossible, you cannot close with that interest rate) but thanks to Deddrick he was so positive about it , answered to phone calls anytime , fast to respond to emails and he gave good guidance from beginning to the end . No lender was able to beat what Gumbeaux offered and no lender was even close to what Gumbeaux offered . My next deal will surely be with Gumbeaux Lending Group again . Thank you Deddrick
