Alexia Longoria showed me the best service Ive had in a while. I had needed a vehicle loan but work and couldnt be in person very long. She stayed in contact and helped me thru the whole process. She also helped me get my checking and savings to earn more interest. I will definitely recommend. Also Belinda Cantu showed me great service as well.

I wanted to consolidate some bills and decided to call Gulf Coast Federal Credit Union. I had banked with them for several years and thought I would give it a shot. I applied on line with complete ease and an hour later I called and spoke to Trisha Gonzalez. She was so nice and really worked on my behalf. She got me exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a lender to help you with your financial needs, I totally recommend Trisha Gonzalez.

I came in to get a personal loan and was approved within the hour. Trisha Gonzalez was very helpful through out the entire experience. She answered all of my questions and gave me advice about future banking. I am currently not banking with golf coast but I believe within the next few months I will be. I highly recommend anyone that does not have the best credit and trying to get a loan or finance a car to come here. They will treat you with respect and be straight forward with you.

I forgot my license at another location and someone went out of their way to bring me my license before Vegas.Always exceptional service. So glad to have them for my financial needs.

Worked with Sarah to get a car loan. Wanting to refinance my truck from Navy Army Community Credit Union. They had my truck at a loan financed for 13% and were willing to refinance me at 8%. That was kind considering they dont refinance their own loans. Ive been a member there my whole life. I was so thankful they at least were able to finance my loan in the first place. I thought Id shop around a bit and found Gulf Coast Federal credit union. They were willing to take my loan and refinanced me for 4%! I feel great about being treated as if I matter and they made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you to Sarah and Gulf Coast for treating me as an A member not a B or a C. I would recommend this credit union to anyone who wants to go somewhere where its all about the member, not the business.

Tina Marmalejo, takes care of all my vehicle loans and does great job shes a pleasure to work with. She has all paperwork in order prior to me showing up so it makes it pretty painless. Furthermore, I do all my banking with GCFCU from mortgage to vehicle loans their online website makes it extremely easy for me to make all payments from home. Customer service goes a long way with me and Im very pleased. I recommend Gulf Coast FCU to anyone who looking for a local bank with friendly staff.

I have been living in the Annaville are now going on three years and they are near my location any longer and I still use them. Would love a location on this side of town, but will keep using them any way. I do most of my banking now on line.
