Traci is awesome!! She knows her stuff, and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure you accomplish your goal. Traci is able to be creative when the time calls and does everything she can to get you those keys! If you are looking for a lender, stop looking and give her a call!

I had my mobile home loan locked in with another mortgage company and they kept on hassling me for unnecessary documents and the interest rate wasnt where I thought it should have been for my 800 credit score... So, I contacted Guild Mortgage and Traci Cherry was able to immediately get me a 1% lower interest rate at 15yr instead of 30yr. She said it would close in less than a month, and it did. Wish I had more real estate opportunities for Guild to assist me with.Thanks Traci and Guild Mortgage!!!!
