Legacy Mutual Mortgage - Frisco is absolutely excellent with guiding my family through the financing/pre approval as well as closing process to take the “typical” headache out of the biggest purchase we only make a few times in our lives - Tim in particular made it a breeze and supported my family through every part and communicated what he needed and when.I have never met another lender to be this responsive - weekends, nights, non working hours to answer any questions that I had and be proactive in preparing us to be able to submit a strong financial offer with conservative numbers that we were not “surprised” by the monthly payment at closing, it was concise and clear. Tim even assisted with a potential offer we wanted on a home in record time to help put our offer in front of everyone else’s, exactly what we need in this market with uncertainly on interest rates and above list prices that would make anyone nervous about their next move.Tim is excellent, highly recommended. He delivered and I will refer anyone to work with him who wants a seem less experience with buying a home. Couldn’t say enough good things about him.

I have nothing but amazing things to say. Tim was our mortgage lender on a house that we didnt end up getting two years ago. Fast forward one year (January 2021) we contacted him again because he was so amazing when we first worked with him. We had quite the financial history to work through and he was beyond helpful helping us through the whole process. By that, I mean, a year long process of offers, submitting paperwork, underwriting, etc. He never made us go out of our comfort zone financially or pushed us a certain way. He even got COVID right as we were closing on our home and he still got everything done exactly when we needed it. I am so happy we got a house but sad because we dont hear from Tim anymore. Look no further than Legacy Mutual Mortgage, Tim and Dominique are both fantastic at what they do. We are beyond grateful for them.
