Ryan Kuhn literally saved my clients chance at home ownership! My Clients found a Brand New Home that they loved and through much back and forth with the Builders Preferred Lender was ultimately denied for their mortgage. They were really disappointed and were almost on the verge of trying to use a mortgage company who was wanting them to accept a substandard loan product to where they would have to refinance to get a decent rate... it just seemed wrong. Having worked with Ryan in the past I recommended him to my clients. Not only did he jump right in to get started but he was able to get them a great rate, close faster then what the builder was asking and have the family in their brand new home for Christmas. I had the great pleasure of working with Ryan Kuhn for the refinance of my father’s house. We started this journey shortly after my Dad passed away last spring and Ryan was very helpful in helping me at that time for any and all of the ‘what-if’s’ that may happen with me wanting to obtain my Dad’s home for my own.
