Raymond and team did an amazing job. We had a unique situation and time was an issue. Buying a house is a process and everyone put the hardest effort to get us in before Christmas! Original closing was 10th of Jan, we got in the 20th of December and get to have Christmas in our forever home! Not every experience can go like that but if someone can make things get done it is them! Thank you!

We closed on time, and they were very proactive in getting required docs issued to us.When I didn’t understand something, Ray went out of his way to create a video for us going by line item, and elaborating on what that means for us as buyers. What I really appreciated was him not sugarcoating things, and giving a realistic expectation. After all, we all want to maximize our gains.His team provided thorough communication and even had this tracker document that detailed exactly where we were in the process. It was awesome!Overall, home buying isn’t easy. Allegedly, it’s stressful. Ray and his team made it a lot easier. They were so kind and professional!
