Working with Phil Clark and his team was more of a 10 Star experience. I was super impressed with Philip and his team how they handled the entire transaction. Philip kept us informed throughout the transactions. They call every Tuesday and give updates. You always know what is going on with your file. They have excellent rates and low fees. Philip was always available any time we had a question. Phil is amazing and very knowledgeable! We were first time home buyers and had no clue whatsoever of the home buying process and Phil explained everything perfectly, we were never in the dark!
