Due of the trust of first time homebuyer clients, I was able to put together a dream team of home buying.We started with The Castle Team at Guild Mortgage. Michelle walked them through all of the options for financing, and assured them that their dream of homeownership, and their even bigger dream of real estate investing could come true. Lacey Tucker took over as the loan officer and stepped us through the entire process with every house we looked at, and with every offer we made.Once under contract, Tammie Billy took the wheel, she gathered info and reassured the buyers throughout the underwriting process. Yet, Lacey didn’t just hand them off to Tammie and move on, she continued to answer questions, and worked with all of the amazing trades that we added to our team, including the Title Company, and she was there all the way to closing. I love having the Castle Team as such an important part of our dream team!

Michelle, Lacey and the whole team work to make sure that the buyer can make informed decisions and they are there for the entire experience from pre-qualifying to post closing, even if they dont yet qualify for a mortgage, the team is there cheering them on.Michelle also generously spends her time teaching important classes to help us be better real estate agents, and classes to help us learn and grow personally.
