Johnathan at Guild Mortgage in Texas is the absolute best. So good, we didnt even get other quotes when we were allowed 4 total. He responds right away and even takes the time to call you and talk to you about your credit where others will make a decision simply on the report itself. For new home buyers just know this is extremely important! He was kind and answered all of my questions with nothing but kindness. I highly recommend using Guild because of Johnathan and will be recommending both Guild and Johnathan to anyone I can!

I would definitely choose Cherry Creek again if Im in need of a mortgage lender.

Jonathan was extremely helpful throughout the loan/home buying process. He even made himself available on his off days and would always get back to us with an answer to any questions we had. The only issue was that the lender would always ask for something, pay stub for example, then they’d ask where my allotments were going, then proof of where it’s going. Bank statements if I changed the amount I was putting into my own accounts. It got annoying quick. If I couldn’t afford the loan I wouldn’t be taking it out.
