Jennifer impressed us with her ability to problem solve when unforeseen situations arose, such as our appraiser getting COVID a few days prior to the appraisal deadline and a winter weather storm that shut down the city for a week. Although these two issues endangered closing on time, Jennifer worked tirelessly, amidst city-wide power outages for almost a week, to ensure we stayed in continuous contact and closed on time. Her superior service made us feel like we got the best attention all the way through the process.I met with and interviewed several lenders before selecting Jennifer. Her willingness to provide information (e.g., interest rate, APR, closing costs, etc.) and answer question prior to us selecting her impressed me. Her ability to describe the process clearly for me, a first-time home buyer, was not something I experienced with the other lenders. She worked days, evenings, and weekends to get us the best loan rates, guide us through the process, and close on time (30-day close). We walked away feeling thankful we chose Jennifer and confident in our home-buying decision. The close was not the end of our relationship with Jennifer since she will continue to service our loan and remain our point of contact.
