I cannot begin to say enough good things about Jefferson and his team. My wife and I were buying our first house and the amazing service started from day one with a simple phone call evaluating our situation and helping us figure out our options. His team did an amazing job every step of the way making things simple, keeping us informed of the status of the loan, and ensuring things stayed on track for our aggressive closing schedule. The whole process was pain free with no surprises and everything accounted for. Jefferson made sure everything was included in the initial, personalized (including a video of him explaining everything), closing cost estimate so that some of the costs that often shift to the buyer didnt surprise us later. Oh, and of course we got an amazing rate too! I will absolutely be going back when our familys needs change and we move to our next home and I will encourage my family to at least ask him for a quote too.

I spent a lot of time with Jeff and his team at Cherry Creek getting my home refinanced. As a small business owner the requirements to prove income for home loans post-covid is pretty stringent. Jeff, Ashley, Christi and the rest of the team worked with me through the process explaining each step and what to expect next and how to avoid the obstacles. We did run into some obstacles with proving my income but nothing that Jeff and his team werent able to overcome. My calls were always promptly answered or returned if I left a message and so were my emails. I will be recommending Jeff and the team at Cherry Creek to all my clients and friends who may be looking at getting a mortgage or refinancing their current home.

Actually I rate Cherry Creek Mortgage at 4.5. We had a couple hiccups early on getting our identities entered correctly into the system but once the process was correctly initiated there were no more loose ends and all seemed to go smoothly. I had to restart the process once when we made an offer, started the process to closing and then backed out of the deal due to the inspection result. This didnt throw off CCM and when we made an offer on a different house (successfully) CCM changed gears and brought our closing to fruition. We thank them all for their patience. Thanks Jefferson!
