If you value peace of mind and working with an expert, you’ve found the right person! I worked with Helen this past summer (2021) to refinance my house and she made the process so unbelievably smooth and quick. As in any situation when my money is on the line, I do my due diligence to myself and research before making a decision. Mrs. Bernatek is one of the best resources we have ever encountered in our market. Her timely and wise counsel has always been a tremendous help for us to make better decisions before, during and closing. She understands the funding industry from the real estate investor and homestead purchase point of view. This translates into a wide range of services she has experience in to advise clients, like us, to see what’s available in the current market. On several occasions she has even told us to watch for upcoming economic trends in terms of Federal Reserve decisions that may affect interest rates, so we can plan on locking in if necessary. One time she even gave us a class on on credit ratings! We have worked together with Mrs. Bernatek on several deals already, and will definitely look no further than her for the next.
