I recently closed my mortgage on my 3rd home, (but first by myself) and Eric was so unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT. I had 100 questions about the process, financials, my home, etc. and he was just on top of everything and more communicative than I have EVER had with any other lender/mortgage loan.I cannot say enough good things about Eric.THANK YOU A MILLION! Eric helped my partner and I when we bought our first house, and I am so thankful to have had his knowledge and support at our disposal. I am a local Realtor and I can’t say enough about Eric. He continues to wow me with knowledge and products. Recently, my aunt and uncle found themselves nearing the end of their new build home and were very much stressed with the rates and the fact that no lender would lock them in longer than 60 days. Their fear is that it still won’t be done in 60 days but should hit the 90 day mark. Not even the new build lender was able to lock longer than 60. Not only did Eric lock them in he was able to provide an all around better deal than even the builder’s lender. My aunt called me thrilled and told me he was a calm voice of reason that they needed in this year plus long journey of building their home. They are not easy people to wow so to hear this just solidified me continuing to do business with Eric time and time again. I am so glad I was able to meet such a great Lender to do business with. He has given my clients so much relief and education along the way and I never have to chase him for any answers or communication. He also is amazing at helping provide a path to home ownership for those that need just a bit more work before they can buy. I really just can’t say enough great things about his professionalism and hard work.

I recently refinanced my home with Eric Causey. In late October 2021, Eric listened to my concerns regarding my current mortgage, and he explained that he could see what he could do to lower my rate and lower my monthly payment but it may not be a good fit. By early November, Eric and his team had processed my paperwork and were able to save me over $300 per month for my payment, remove my PMI, and provide a lower interest rate. The process was just like Eric claims – transparent and stress free, the way a mortgage should be. We closed in early December of 2021. The process only took about 45 days from start to finish!I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and service Eric provided me during this process, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new mortgage loan or refinance to seek out his professional guidance and service.
