Guild Mortgage Company did a great job helping my husband and I navigate the process of buying our first home. They were not the first mortgage company that we reached out to but, after several bad experiences elsewhere, we got a recommendation from our realtor. Austin did a great job of explaining everything to us and keeping us updated the whole time. Based on our previous experiences, and being self-employed, we thought that getting a mortgage was going to be absolute torture. It turns out, it was actually the easiest part of buying a house for us! I definitely recommend the team at Guild Mortgage for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage company.

I originally used Guild Mortgage Tomball for my home purchase. Recently I used them for a cash out refinance. In both instances they were professional, courteous and very efficient. They were able to get me closed very quickly. Everyone I worked with did a very good job for me. Austin Jackson is the person who worked with me most. He kept me informed at all times, guided me and followed up on everything. Overall, it was an orderly, smooth process and I am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Guild Mortgage Tomball to anyone looking for a mortgage company.

The loan process with Guild Mortgage in Tomball, TX. with Jeff Anderson and his team was a great experience. They did what they said they were going to do. Didn’t matter what it was, they did it. Today that is hard to find with a lot of companies. They never over promised anything and kept us informed weekly! Also, they were almost a whole point lower on our rate than other mortgage companies without having to pay extra! Billie Chen was our main contact after initially speaking with Jeff. Team Anderson truly exceeded all my expectations. We had just come from a very poor experience at another company that dragged out our loan process for almost 3 months! We finally had to walk away because of the poor communication and just all around bad business. Before giving up on our home buying dreams, our realtor suggested Guild. I have to say that our expectation weren’t very high but we decided to give them a chance and I’m so glad we did! We spoke with Jeff, our loan officer, and was reassured enough to put in the application. From then all of our communication mostly went through Madelyn. She was so amazing and was exactly what we needed to keep us calm through this whole process. Every bump in the road that came she kept us in the loop and made sure we knew that they were doing everything in their power to get us to the closing table. Jeff Anderson and his team help smooth out a difficult process. We had planned on moving from one home to another and closing on the same day. However the first deal fell through due to the seller. We then had to scramble to find a new home and close in a short time frame. It took longer than anticipated to find another home and we were looking at being in a hotel for 3 weeks. Jeff and his team pushed the paper work through and we closed in record time and only had to stay in a hotel for less than 2 weeks. This was all during the crazy summer of 2020.
