I was connected to Aaron for a mortgage on a home purchase. Purchasing a home can be a stressful and confusing process; but, Aaron was incredibly thorough, informative and professional. He mapped out multiple scenarios that would work for us and was able to explain everything in a clear and concise way. I absolutely recommend him as a mortgage broker! We had such a wonderful experience with Carson, Julie and their team! We switched to Guild while already under contract because they had a much better offer- lower rate and lower fees than the previous lender! We had a unique situation with my husband being deployed over seas and using a VA Loan, but still closed on time despite the bumps in the road. Great communication, problem solving and customer service. Highly recommend Guild!

Katherine Furley and her team are truly attentive, sensitive, and professional. Theyve made the transition back into home ownership an easy one for my husband and I. Katherine gave weekly updates, always making sure to communicate with me to the best of her ability.
