Our home buying experience was such a blessing with Guild Mortgage. Chandler and her team made the entire process from pre-approval, getting final approval to closing so effortless. When I contacted Chandler in April and gave her our timeline, with no hesitation, she jumped on board and walked us through every step. Chandler and I grew up in the same small town so whenever my partner and I started thinking of buying she is the first person I thought of. That was the best decision and I will forever be grateful to and for her!Her knowledge, communication, and reliability will make me recommend her to anybody that will listen.Chandler was able to answer all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner even during holidays.We told her what we were comfortable with and she drew up all the options possible to get us there. We had never felt so heard! She worked very well with our realtor and was a great advisor/advocate to educate us on all the right questions to ask / things to ask for.Chandler really worked her magic which ended up getting us closed EARLY, 6k sellers incentives, AND 1k.
