Over the past few months my wife and I have gone through a first-time home buying process which became very tedious. With the number of houses for sale on the housing market, and the large number of realtors trying to sell; me and my wife had to continually probe the housing for sale ads trying to find the right fit for our family. Even though we were only a few days from the process of closing in on buying a home that we truly loved, the mortgage company that we were working with changed its mind. Suddenly out of the blue, that company refused to finance the home based on a monetary (work related) technicality. Due to the above circumstances, our realtor Ms. Kimberly Pittman directed us to Ms. Alona Hayes (Guild Mortgage) who worked diligently and consistently to help us acquire and purchase the home that we are now moving into.
