5-Star Service!!! I cant begin compliment William enough! He was attentive and knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that I had during my refinance. It was important for me to find someone who could not only help me with my refinance but also share the steps in the process and the timeframe where information would be needed from me. Because I work a busy schedule, It was also important for me to know when I could expect a response. Because of Williams thorough explanations, I understood clearly what information I would need to provide and he followed up as needed. William was amazing at communicating where we were at each step along the way. I was hesitant to go through this process because I thought it would be a long, daunting and drawn out process, but working with William proved me wrong. It may sound crazy, but we expected our refinancing process to take a decent amount of time to get the ball rolling. Well, that was not exactly how things happened. Our Loan Officer was lightning fast and actually had to tap his toes and check his watch several times while we finished up some upgrades to our home that we wanted complete prior to refinancing. After a ton of setbacks, we finally got it done... All while our guy patiently waited and held our heads above water the entire time!

Jake (Jacob Hedke) was awesome the whole way through the process! He reached out to me, but I was convinced there was no way I would qualify for a loan. He encouraged me to give it a shot and was confident in his abilities (which Im thankful for) to help me out. After being denied a conventional loan he went above and beyond to find me a route through FHA. He was constantly checking in, always kept me informed and updated, and answered any question I had and quickly! He is a genuine guy and I am thankful for your guys help. My refinance has let me get out of debt (minus my home loan ofcourse) and I will never go back! Thank You Jake and Good mortgage!

We wanted to get a cash out refinance on our house after getting some remodeling done. Good mortgage called me a while before we started the process as they were connected with our payment service SLS when we finally decided to go through with it I shopped around some, but they were the only ones I found that provided weekly payment services, which was an important feature for us. The process was smooth overall, and the mostly online process made it feel a lot easier to do. The loan officers were very responsive through email and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. However they were not available over the phone. We also had a few hiccups with the closing process and had to reschedule. Overall I had a pleasant experience with Evon, Pascal, and good mortgage, and I will probably work with them again in my future mortgage endeavors.

On the day of closing we went to the title company and signed papers, we went to the bank and signed over our deposit. Steven S. and his team were waiting for our certificate of occupancy so they could fund our loan. Little did we know that nothing would go right that day! Steven and his team went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make sure they were ready to fund as soon as all the puzzle pieces fell into place. With all the different entities we had to work with that day it was stressful to say the least. Steven kept in constant contact with us to ensure everything would go right. We cant thank the team at Good Mortgage enough for their hard work for us so we could get the keys to our new home!
