Reliable, knowledgeable, efficient - these are the words that come to mind when thinking of Ron. I worked with Ron to refinance my home and highly recommend him.If additional documentation or information was needed, Ron let me know ASAP and was even familiar with different bank interfaces (Wells Fargo, Capital One, etc.) to tell me exactly where to navigate to to pull documents.Ron is an excellent loan professional and has the experience and resources to navigate complicated, non-conventional situations ranging from new builds, parent loans, investment properties, etc. He is able to answer your dumb questions in a simple manner and can even offer recommendations based on your goals. Ron was my go-to guy when my parents considered purchasing another home where multiple complex considerations came up and he was able to address all questions in a timely fashion.I look forward to working with Ron for years to come.

Above and beyond helpful, quick, and easy!I reached out to Ronald to refinance my home from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage and he surpassed all expectations. This is my first home so I asked a TON of questions and Ronald was understanding and gave me detailed explanations making me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process including helping me understand the numbers. He ended up saving me over $100k in interest on my home and after I had already told him to lock in my rate he reached back out to me about a significant rate decrease and help me get the lowest rate possible! On top of all this I was very busy and unintentionally went off the radar for a whole week (which I do not recommend) and Ronald was still able to get all my information correct and made the closing date! I highly recommend Ronald and will be reaching out to him again with my future home buying and refinancing.
