What can I say! Global Lending has the best customer service! We started out with the builders mortgage company 6 months before the house was built. Worse experience ever. At the last minute we called Global Lending. We had so many special circumstances and we had 30 days to be out of the house we were renting, I called hoping for the best. The first person I spoke to was Colten, from the very start he was honest and upfront about what to expect ahead. He let us know what was possible, what wasnt, and was always available. I think I may have called him back to back one day, question after question and he never gave up, had an attitude, or made me feel dumb for asking. The communication was great. No matter how many times, or what time (I tried to only call during work hours) he answered or called right back. I never felt as if we were put on the back burner! As our file moved further along we spoke to Arzemina. Once again, communication was great! Always had an answer for us, if she wasnt sure about something, she said she would call back with the answer and did!!!! I know thats what is expected, but its rare nowadays. Not only did they get us to closing in 30 days, Arzemina was trying to reschedule us for a day earlier! I cant forget Joe! He called checking in making sure we were good and if we had any questions along the way. The day of closing, Colten, Arzemina, and Joe called to say congratulations, and to ask if we had any questions. We wouldnt use anyone one else. If this is how they take care of business in a rushed, complicated, difficult situation, I cant imagine how smooth it would be starting with a clean slate.
