I had the pleasure to work with George Lourigan on getting a home mortgage loan. For the home I was purchasing on a VA loan, I was so afraid that I would not be able to get approved due to past credit issues from a divorce. But George told me not to worry about it that the lending department was is specialty. And if there’s a will there’s a way and to trust in what he needs me to do. And from the time we started to the time I closed on my home was less than 42 days. The hardest part was me finding a house that I liked. George took care of everything with my mortgage loan and I will be using him for all my real estate needs. Thank you George Lourigan and God Bless.

George was a dream come true to work with. He went out of his way to get us the best possible mortgage, including assistance with down payment, and to make sure we knew of each step as it came due.
