Levi is friendly and patient.He broke down the whole loan process in a way that was easy to understand; what to expect for each fee and why you were paying for them (or asking the seller to pay for), and answered every dumb question I had, and there was probably a good amount since I was a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea how loans even work.Levi was there from start to finish, from calling me up the day I got serious about getting the loan to have an in-person meeting to explain the parts of the loan, to even being at the signing for the house! (my realtor asked him to go in his place since he couldn’t make it himself).And I can still ask him for advice even after everything’s all said and done!Overall, Levi Calhoun is a reliable guy who knows his stuff.Highly recommend!

We were fortunate enough to have been placed with an incredible mortgage lender. Levi, is meticulous when it comes down to the details and pays close attention. It’s a great attribute to have since your dealing with finances. He helped us save quite a bit and helped us find an incredible interest rate. His number projections were also accurate when it came to down payments and closing costs. One of the things I really liked about Geneva Financial Home Loans, in which I wasn’t aware of, was the discount in the closing costs that his company offers to educator’s. Even after buying our home, Levi, continues to aid us in the process of being first-time homeowners. He is always available to help when questions arise. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, just one of the best.

First I want to say Levi and his team are the absolute best! In the middle of this COVID mess Levi and his team were there every step of the way. They made sure that we understood everything that was going on in the whole process. They took the time to answer all our millions of questions. This is in response to Levi Calhoun. He is so honest and caring. As a couple in our 60s, we had never owned a home. To say the least we were a little scared to start the process. Thanks to Billy Scott we found the perfect home and started our journey to buy it. In steps Levi...we were approved in less than a day and the rest was history. We felt like we were working with family. He led us through everything explaining each step so we could easily understand what was happening. We were living outside Austin at the time and Levi was so gracious to bring the paperwork to us while on his way to Austin. He had everything marked so it was easy to complete and sign for the closing. He picked it up on his way back to San Angelo.
