Adam and his team were awesome to work with! After going through issues with other lenders I came to Adam and he was able to figure out how to help get me into my first home. The process was very smooth. He and his team answered every call and question I had throughout the process, and we closed EARLY!

Worked with Adam on a very prolonged deal involving a home in probate with heirship issues. He was always on top of everything and looked out for our mutual client’s best interests. He got the buyer the best rate on his mortgage possible and alongside me(the buyer’s agent) advocated and advised what should be done on our side of the transaction to make things work out with the seller when it didn’t look like it would. Worrying about your mortgage lock is never fun but even after we ended up having to let ours go the upside was that my client luckily got an even lower rate than he’d originally locked at. Adam even came to the closing, most loan officers never do that. It’s the personal touches that matter. And he always answered my calls and my clients calls and questions promptly. HUGE WIN! Definitely will be referring my clients to Adam again in the future because he actually cares.
