I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous and did not have much knowledge on what was needed and how the process worked. What I really appreciated the most was that they helped guide me to a house that was affordable and wouldnt break my bank but yet still had everything that I wanted. Best mortgage experience ever! (and weve done this 7 times now) Competitive rates of big time lenders with the customer service of a local small town business. Shayne was amazing - walked us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and guiding us through a smooth closing. It made a huge difference having a familiar voice helping us verses calling an 800 number to be placed on hold during an already stressful time.
