From the moment I met Kerry-Ann, I could feel that she had my best interest at heart. I was introduced to her on July 27, 2023, two months before I needed to move and close on a house. During the entire process, she explained what she was doing and gave me my options. She made me feel like family. She took the time out to get to know me personally to figure out what was best for my situation. She was very accessible whenever I reached out. Kerry-Ann and her team also made sure I stayed on track and submitted all of my documents in order to close on time. She also worked closely with my realtor and that alone made everything smooth on my end. She kept me in the loop and communicated well every step of the way. On the day I closed on my house, Kerry-Ann and her husband drove three hours to be there in person for me. It was an amazing feeling. Team Gooden was there every step of the way with meticulous attention to detail, awesome customer service, rapid responses to questions, advanced problem-solving for some pretty big obstacles I faced when trying to get approved for my loan. Team Gooden handled it with poise and professionalism that my family and I will never forget. I never felt like I was being pressured, scammed or taken advantage of like with a few other places I looked(that I wont name) for rate comparisons.
