I will gladly use their services again and refer everyone who I know to use them. I had a very terrible situation with my deal up to the extent of almost losing my earnest money to the seller because of services of another loan officer. My realtor brought Derek and his team in to rescue my deal. He promised he could deliver, and he did. He even advised and talked the seller out of ruining the deal when they started making horrible demands to pull money out of escrow. I very highly recommend Francis Colonial Mortgage.

Nikki is the best lender around DFW. She will do everything in her power to see her clients get funded for their home loan. From late night calls on Friday night to early morning texts Saturday morning, Nikki was there for us answering any and all the crazy questions we had.
