Travis McGuire is absolutely Excellent to work with. He worked diligently to secure funding for my mortgage and was available in the evenings after normal work hours. The team at Flat Branch is outstanding!💚Buying a home is a tedious thing and requires a lot of documentation. Going into the process I did have a little bit of anxiety, but Travis and the team helped.Throughout the process they were clear with me on expectations and what was needed. During my process there were a few delays outside of our control, but they were transparent and upfront about it. They made it easy to see how my loan was structured and exactly what my costs were.
