Excellent service and friendly. One of teller took time to help me set up my App account after getting a new phone. I had been trying to add Pine AFCU and they were rude and didnt care to help.AFCU Catclaw has great service and I will be dealing with them for now on.

I have been doing my banking at First Abilene Federal CU for many a year now. I have been very satisfied with the way that they have interacted with me and taken care of my needs.In particular I want to mention a gentleman by the name of Chase. On more than one occasion this guy has gone out of his way, in a big way, to resolve an issue that I had. At one point he caught and brought to my attention an error that I had made. His efforts on my behalf were greatly to my advantage. Most recently he took the time, patiently, to educate me on how to use an App that was confusing to me. He did that all through the drive through interaction. He is a great PR guy.Thank you FAFCU, and thank you Chase
