Been banking here my entire adult life. Had some issues over the years but nothing that wasnt eventually resolved. The previous bank president, Jeff Christie, was an amazing person that would sit down with you if you had 10 dollars in the bank, or 10 million. Times may have changed, but his presence in the past has made me a loyal customer. The new sherman location is very nice and great for notary services in sherman.

Pleasant staff and decor. The drive through ATM has plenty of space unlike the one at sherman that has a huge pot hole! Free cookies and drinks and apparently theyll send faxes for free although Ive never needed that.

The building is very nice and so are the people inside. I usually am just making a deposit but everyone is always smiling and polite. The lines always move fast and never had problems .
