    I have been banking with First Tech Spring branch for over 2 years now and my experience with them has been awesome. You always feel welcome when you walk into the branch.     They know me by name..they understand my financials, they are always available, they always informed of opportunities and promotions .     I have been working with Sue from First Tech for several years. She always patiently guides me how to handle my bank account issues I encountered and worked with me to resolve them. Since we migrated to US, everything is new to us likes how to build up the credit. Really appreciated for her help.

    I have been a customer of First Tech for years and I have always been treated like family. I live close to a local branch and if I ever need any assistance, I can phone my local office or email my Financial Rep, Jason, who responds quickly and helps me with whatever I need. During the pandemic, the service did not lack, in fact, it became even more personal as we shared stories of adapting to life during COVID. It was probably Jason who informed me when the credit union began opening business accounts and of course, I switched my business banking over to First Tech. Fraud alerts are so quick that I can’t recall ever having any serious problems. Thank you, to not only Jason, but to the whole branch. I truly appreciate your customer service.

    First Tech is a very professional bank that focuses on customer service. I received very professional and quick responses to any of my questions and needs, including insurance, mortgages and preferential time deposits! Sue Pongkhamsing is the best banker I have encountered so far. If you want a good, fixed deposit plan for your money, then Sue is the best choice for you, she will help you make a best plan!

    From Dec 2023, the first time I visited First Tech and met Sue Pongkhamsing, I experienced a very professional support from Sue. Till now, Sue has resolved so many problem and issue for me so the her passion and patient. I will recommend anyone who need to experience their first time visiting First Tech make the arrangement with Sue so you could resolve all of question and concerns for your checking and saving account or any financial products in an efficient way!

    After being hacked, Leah (based in Northern California) called me back and immediately handled opening a new account for me, transferring my old balance over, getting me a list of electronic pays I submit each month to make sure I had that information at my fingertips and made me feel certain that my accounts and funds were safe. She worked with me mornings and evenings and was so kind, understanding and efficient. I could not have been more impressed.

    Great credit union. Has some decent offers on home loans.The atm network with other credit unions as well is helpful in cash withdrawal if needed.They have credit cards as well, but they don’t have great offers on them unlike larger credit card companies.Good personalized service.

    Ive been with FirstTech for over a decade and they have helped me build my credit as well as refinanced my vehicle. The new location is conveniently closer and management is amazing. They were extremely helpful, informative and super pleasant. Thanks to Stacey I will be bringing my family back so they can open accounts with FirstTech as well. I will write another review once the fam opens their accounts.

    Awesome credit union. They have helped me go from the low 400 credit score into the 800s over the last couple of decades. Some of the people I have dealt with are still there they just moved to New location. If you go there is parking garage right next to the office.
