Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, but I must specifically highlight Ghizal’s exceptional service.Ghizal truly went above and beyond, making the process of applying for a loan effortless and clear. Her professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable, and she made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. I honestly feel that she is an asset to your team and should be recognized for her outstanding performance. The entire team over at the First Service Credit Union in Sugar Land are phenomenal! Over the years I have had accounts at most (if not all) of the major faceless banking institutions as well as several credit unions…. and I have never before experienced the same exceptional level of care as I have with Jenny, Jenn, Christian, and Mr. Matrix. I have and will continue too recommend FSCU to all of my friends and family.

Yesi the branch manager is super helpful and goes above and being to help FSCU members. I was not asked to do this review but I was really happy with the customer service I received today so I wanted to bring recognition to her and the staff at this branch.
