    I recently moved to Texas and was in need of a co-op shared branch location until I get settled and established. This bank and location was one on the list provided by my bank so I chose to go with it. I am absolutely thrilled that I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a Hello and Welcome with smiles. The entire time I was there with my daughter we were treated with kindness, friendliness, and respect. The employee that helped me with my transactions was Paris and I am blown away by the amazing customer service she provided me. Paris went above and beyond and was outstanding. She treated me as if I was a member of First Service even though I am a customer with another bank. I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience while I was there. I wish I could give more stars and I highly recommend this location. Thank you again Paris for the absolutely amazing customer service you provided me!

    Hi my name Trina, I’ve been to the Spring Cypress location twice and each time Paris has demonstrated professional and outstanding service…My daughter help me set up all my banking / merchant processing to make it easy for me with my small business, However she travel a lot with her job. I was lost but I tell you Paris answered all my questions and gladly repeated info when I didn’t understand. Paris has helped reset my password twice when locked out and when I’ve forgotten password. I am so thankful For the staff at the Spring location especially Paris🙏🏽Paris is genuinely caring 💯

    Krystal, is an amazing associate of First Service Credit Union. She exceeds all standards of customer service. More institutions need to hire people with her passion for her job and her detail to her making sure her customers are happy. Seeing, her always makes my day brighter, she greets you with a smile and always goes above and beyond to make sure all transactions are completed to your liking. I have to also mention the professionalism of Jesus the manager, he is also very helpful and goes above and beyond for the customers of First Service Credit Union. All around a wonderful place to take your business.

    I came here by recommendation from a friend just to see if there was any chance of lowering my auto loan. I was immediately greeted by the branch manager, Garrett, and he has been nothing short of amazing. Im leaving here today with my payment lowered by almost 100$ per month as well as the peace of mind of a new warranty on my car. I have even decided to move all of my checking and savings accounts from Chase to First Service! I am telling all of my friends and family and I 100% recommend this location to everyone.

    Ive been with FSCU for 20 years and for 20 years I have been greatly satisfied with The customer Service. So I was very happy to hear about more Branches being open. And Yet another location upon walk-in in Ive always been welcomed with great customer service. The ladies that work Both here and The Woodlands location aswell are The sweetest and have always been kind and helpful. I have never had a bad banking experience in person nor by phone.     Wow! I was going to pass this place after visiting two banks earlier but i decided to stop here and was blown away by the customer service and transparency that i received today. I was just stopping by for a few answers but i felt like i got approved for a loan after talking with them so i went ahead and opened my accounts. The process was easy and educational I even got my debit cards as well no waiting! Cant wait to open my business accounts. The feel of this place and service is yourre our neighbor so we are glad to help you. Just wanted to say thanks to Garrett for a warm welcome and great customer service.

    Where do I begin? Jesus was Awesome. He is the Assistant Branch Manager . He was patient, clear, courteous and took a clear interest in making sure that my needs we taken care of. Even the system issues we encountered were handled promptly and with ease. I was not waiting for ever and all the issues were resolved within our phone calls. Cant thank Jesus enough for being an awesome help in getting my business bank account setup. The whole union is friendly. Krystal called to check on me just because I am a member. They both need raises and a bonus of some kind. Thanks again Jesus and Krystal for your time, customer service, and assistance with getting me setup.

    THIS particular branch for first service credit union is THE BEST on the north side. The team go outside the realm of normal customer service. ALL of the staff are well trained and polite. They will help you. I have ALL of my finances with them and my first house will be theirs as well. Drop the bank and come here. This location is good fortune. I promise you wont regret.

    I had an awesome experience at First Service Credit Union!!!! Mr. Johnathan Ebizie, the branch manager, provided excellent service to me on this past Saturday when I needed to shred some important papers!!!! Mr. Ebizie made me feel like valued customer, when he took the time to retrieve my bag of items to be shredded. He was very polite and professional, and took a big load off of my mind. I recommend this branch over any other because of the wonderful customer service I receive every time I go there. Thank you for making me feel important!!!!

    If you are interested in experiencing knock-your-socks-off service during a loan process Michelle Ryba is the person to go to. Michelle was truly awesome in working through a very challenging situation - she overcame technology issues, issues with my awful previous lender, changing terms and a timeline that was insane. Michelle stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I was taken care of and my loan closed that day.I have always had really great service from FSCU, but Michelle took it to a whole different level! In a time where even good customer service is hard to find, she delivered extraordinary customer service.

    All of the employees are exceptional they all welcome me by name and with genuine smiles they always make me feel special as a customer today I interacted with Callie she was so knowledgeable about my accounts she explained how credit works and how to keep my credit history positive with my new credit card. she told me she is always available if I have any questions or concerns to contact her. I met with the branch manager Jonathanas well he welcomed me to FSCU and assured me that he was available for me If I ever had any questions or concerns as well. I have dealt with many banks in the past and was never satisfied with the customer service I received here at fscu I am more than satisfied thank you guys for everything keep up the amazing customer service

    Visited the branch last week to open a new account, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile rather a high sign in please! Felt very welcomed!     Been with First Service close to a year now. Opened a checking and savings account with them and just recently got a credit card with them as well. Never had any issues and the one time I did, they got it solved within a few minutes while I was at they branch. The Branch Manager, Jonathan Ebizie, has been extremely helpful. Im in the process of improving my credit score in order to get a house, and out of every bank Ive been with he was the first to actually sit down with me and show me the extra steps to improve my credit and also got me in contact with a mortgage loan officer. From Jonathan to the tellers Ive done transactions with never had a single issue. Since talking with Jonathan and him giving me obtainable options for credit improvement, Ill be on my way to a new house by the end of the year. They actually treat you like a person, rather than just another number, who wouldve thought lol they have a customer for life with me
