    Can I give 6 stars?? If I would I could. Not sure where to even start, but Chad was awesome. We tested the waters with another lender, and Chad not only got us qualified for WAY more than the other guy, he did it at a rate that was so much lower, that the payment was the same. When we found the perfect house that was just a little outside of what we were qualified for, he helped push us over the top to get us approved. We also wanted to complicate things by closing about 2 weeks from the time we put the offer in.....for Chad, no problem. He was always available, and worked tirelessly to help us out. I truly felt that he wanted to get the house for us as much as we did. If you want the best service, and the best rates, call Chad at First Rate Financial.

    Working with First Rate on my first home purchase was such a memorable and spectacular experience. I recommend them to all of my friends who are in the market looking for a home. It was easy for me to get connected to this broker because one of my friends work for them, but you know, sometimes just because a friend connects you to their staff doesnt mean that the full experience from beginning to end will be great. I am so glad that I trusted them and gave them a shot because they absolutely delivered quality work and even took the challenge of dealing with a shorter than 30-day closing period. The seller of my home asked that we close the house in 24 days rather than the standard 30 days. Being a first time home buyer and not having 100% cash to buy the home, I was pretty anxious if we really could close within that period.Christian at First Rate was my specific loan officer, and he was able to talk me through the entire process very thoroughly and reassured me that based on my credit history and current financials, we wouldnt have much to worry about. We went through the entire process together, step by step, and he was there every step of the way. He would call me to just see how life was treating me outside of the home buying process, and I greatly appreciated that. First Rate was also able to secure such a low interest rate and even paid for the difference to have it .1% lower as well. What a gift! We closed on the purchase exactly within the period that the seller asked for, and we even had a couple of extra days honestly.First Rate is an absolutely amazing team to work with, and I recommend you to consider them! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

    Wow...where do I begin? I normally dont write reviews, but my fiance and I had such a great experience buying our first home with Jenny Bray at First Rate Financial, I had to make sure people knew to go to her and at least get a quote from her...I promise, she will take care of you!As a first time home buyer, we wanted to make sure that we were working with the best in the business and with someone who could walk us through the process and also be available to all of our questions at any time of the day. Jenny was able to quote us almost 1.5% less than other companies we spoke to before her. She was always positive and pleasant to talk to and you can tell in her voice how passionate she is about what she does. She did an excellent job walking us through the process and she was available at a moments notice for all the questions we had...and there were A LOT! :) She explained things in terms that we could understand and she did a great job keeping us on track with any paperwork that was needed without asking us for 1 thing here and 1 thing there. She was extremely organized and made the entire process stress-free.     Jenny is the BEST!!!! So for my review lets get creative and since Taylor Swift is almost as cool as Jenny, Ill reference her in my post!We have been looking for our dream home since 1989 and we knew we needed it by August. We knew We are never ever getting back together with our previous lender due to Bad Blood. When we heard about Jennys Reputation we knew our Wildest Dreams came true. It was no longer going to be a Cruel Summer in our current home but a perfect Love Story in our new one! The process was Fearless and we were The Lucky One who got the best rate possible so our bank accounts never go Red. We are now Enchanted and have many Champagne Problems with planned celebrations that will leave us all feeling 22.     I was referred to First Rate Financial by a co-worker who recently purchased a home. This is my eighth move however the first time I was picking up the tab for the closing costs. I reached out to Chad Lemons and immediately made a connection. It was as if I had done my previous 7 loans with him. He was patient with all my questions and did a fantastic job walking me through all my options. Also he was always available and kept me on track with the documents I needed to produce without being overbearing. Other lenders in the past steered my towards what they wanted and at First Rate they really catered to what I wanted. Most importantly they spoke a language anyone could understand and presented my options in such a way that it was easy to make a decision. Lastly, I like that they a little bit smaller as they were way more flexible. When I first called I needed to close in a little less than 3 weeks and First Rate was confident they could do it- and they delivered. Larger firms were too busy to rush my closing. While I hope that I never need to buy another home again if I do I will certainly call First Rate Financial.

To start, they beat out other lenders on our interest rate by a long shot AND total for closing costs was less than other lenders which was a huge win!     We have used First Rate Financial twice now for our mortgage needs. Both times, Josh Nelson was an amazing help to us as we walked through the murky waters of supplying all the necessary documents required these days. Josh is a professional who never forgets that the mortgage-obtaining process is often scary and confusing to the average home buyer. Whenever we didnt know what something was or what something meant, we always contacted Josh who was ready with help and support. There were never communication issues or other problems that seem to arise. Josh always returned e-mails and phone calls pretty much immediately. If it were possible to give First Rate six stars, we would. They were really that good for us every step of the way. We now have a mortgage with a low interest rate and low monthly payments. Closing was simple and uncomplicated because First Rate Financial had everything ready. We are so glad our realtor recommended First Rate to us.

    I bought a house in May of 2019, with and FHA loan. Well after 6 months of on time payments you get emails, letters and calls to refinance your home. And Im talking multiple calls a day, emails, letters in the mail, and all promising a lower rate/save money etc! So first thing I did was go to google to see if these offers were legit. I read ton of horror stories about refinancing and even had other lenders tell me its not worth it/good time to refinance. So I posted on FB for advice or guidance and Jenny reached out to me right away and I gave her a call and spoke with her about my situation. I spoke with several other lenders that other friends of mine had recommended but Jenny had the most knowledge and made me feel like this was the right decision to make. I even told her my financial situation was not the same as when I bought the house (due to medical bills) and she told me dont worry, give me a chance to look everything over and I will always be honest with you. Sure enough I gave her a chance, and she came through better than I expected!! She saved our family about $330 a month off our current mortgage payment (and thats after the property tax increase we received). Jenny will be the only one doing my families loans going forward! They definitely kept their promise! They were able to get us a great rate and saved us so much that we were able to afford a few updates to our new home.
