This bank has the best customer service support! I was a member for over 15 years and never had a problem. Anytime I needed anything done, they were on top of things and took care of it immediately. Recently, I had to get an account moved at Hatti helped me with the process. She answered my call the day after a bank holiday and before the office opened. She gave me solutions on how to get the account closed, and did it on the same day. She truly exemplified what a great customer service support entails. I have had this treatment from FNB in general and would recommend anyone to trust them with your banking needs!

This has been our bank for 20+ years. They have always given us excellent customer service. I am a Realtor and have had many good experiences with the lending side as well. The ones that have stood out to me are, Fay, Lauren, Molly, Hattie, Kelley,and Crystal. Everyone else I have dealt with have been really good as well.Thank you and keep up the great work.

I went to the bank with a dilemma, and Matt was very helpful in answering all my questions and setting me up with a new account. He took his time to explain which accounts would better suit my purpose, and we even had a lovely conversation in the process. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The first person my husband and I dealt with was with Susan. She is the sweetest person. I missed her when she left but am so happy she is back!!! The tellers are very sweet. Kelley, she is the greeter at the bank, so nice! Now, there is another young lady that works on the floor whom every time she sees my husband and I, she averts her eyes so that we dont approach her. I guess she got tired of us being that she had to help us various times in the past with a lot of issues we were dealing with at the time. But thats ok I make sure to wait for another person rather than deal with her. Her foot tattoo doesnt make her pretty person, lol

Fabulous service to clients and great banking experience!!! Customer service is of the BEST quality I have ever experienced and witnessed. Breanna K. took great care of my account and ensured helping me with my refund. She was very courteous, efficient, and wonderful! People like Breanna make First National Bank of Bastrop the first and only bank I know of in my heart where they truly care about their clients and ensure customer satisfaction to the highest level. Anyone who reads this, please believe me: if you want excellent customer service and a reliable banking experience, this is YOUR type of bank! :)

I can say I love this bank. There are 2 members of this team that I can give high kudos to Im always treated with dignity and respect weather its in person or over the phone. These 2 people have my upmost respect one is Sam in Bastrop branch the one in customer service. She goes beyond her job duties to help me I be so stressed. Everytime I have an issue I ask for Sam she never lets me down. Sam was on vacation once I needed her that experience was a horrible one. Enough about Sam I need not say no more her customer service is 1,000. My 2nd person is Loretta in Smithville shes always been respectful to me she is very friendly, respectful and is welling to go beyond her job title as well I call on her when Im in Smithville. Thes 2 are amazing. Keep up the best work ladies. You 2 got my vote in the best of Bastrop. Thank you First National Bank

Every time I have a problem at my local branch of my national chain, I go to FNBBastrop and a competent person knows exactly how to handle that problem. The difference is professional banking competence.
