This bank spells service with a capital S. Ive had a commercial loan with them for years & just went through (what I thought would be a painful) refi & the team at FLNB made it simple & easy. They were so helpful I moved 2 business accounts there. They made helped me facilitate that transfer & made it all so smooth. They answer emails usually within minutes, they answer phone calls with live people, they recognize me when I walk in a branch & make me feel welcome. It makes me want to move all my personal accounts there.

Review edit from 1 to 5 stars. All the workers deserves a raise. Especially the ones that handle phone calls! Forgot the names. Good small local bank. Actual people not robots or overseas call centers! I got my card finally with the name misspelled, almost like a prank. They fixed it. This is a small bank so when you call you always get a live person-Texan on the phone during office hours, not an over seas call center!!! I don’t think they have 24 hour help but its worth it to keep it local. The atm fee reimbursement is nice and they always fix the issue eventually. Not a massive bank but that’s a good thing ! Nice people most importantly! Bring back the app messaging! They helped with my stolen card and fully took care of it. I need to switch banks only because of distance from the office and that I have my full name on this review! Give your employees pay raises! They deserve it!Add apple pay !

First Lockhart has been our bank for years. They are always ready to help. There is never a line because the staff is so efficient. I also want to add that the ATM is FAST!!! Thank you!

I went in to purchase some CDs. Samantha Harper found all the details that I asked about and was able to take care of getting them issued very efficiently. She also answered all my question about Money Markets and Savings. I feel blessed to have a personal service bank.

Samantha Harper was very helpful to push through a check of mine that my son needed in his account to pay for, and establish the work I ordered to be done on my property out of town. Kind of a complicated proposition but time was of urgency and Ms Harper (love the name) pulled through for us in an emergency! Thank you, Ms Harper!

This is the best bank ever. no non sense straight business. I had to do a cashiers check. I called them and told them that i will be there in 10 mins and when i was there my cashiers check was ready. I did take cashiers check from other banks in the past. Not only its so time taking.. i had to pay them to get a cashiers check. this is the best bank. I am taking all my business here.

Love this bank! You actually get to talk to a real person, they dont push you to make deposits at their ATM like some of the big bank chains. Great customer service and interest rates on checking accounts.

Everyone here is super helpful! Christian and Judea always greet me with a smile and know me by name. Coffee is great too.
