Gabriela went above and beyond with our loan for our first home. Since the moment we contacted her, she was on top of everything, and was always available to answer our questions.We were working with another lender and the person helping us there was taking too long to move from one step to the next. Gabriela not only agreed to help us on the spot to help us but started right away and was able to bring us up to speed and ahead of what we had accomplished with our other lender.I cannot express enough how much that meant us and how grateful we are for such amazing customer service.On top of that, First Community had one of the best rates in the market right now which matters a lot these days.

Gabi did well in helping us get through the entire process and taking the time to answer any questions we had, even taking time to be responsive in her personal time.She offered assistance in helping with property tax support once my VA rating adjustment was complete, and was one of the few individuals who didn’t make us feel like another sale, and instead, showed care and concern to make our home buying experience a positive one.I appreciate Gabi for everything she did, thank you!
