    The First Basin Representative who assisted me, Britney Armendariz, was most helpful and caring. I was inquiring about removing my husband as Primary member on our account due to his death. She told me what I would have to do in order to achieve my goal which was to open a new account under my name. I appreciated her expertise since I had no idea what to do.     Loved loved loved my experience here today. Went in with my wife to open up our first joint account together, and Mrs. Luxton was super helpful and courteous in fulfilling our needs. I recommend Sabrina to anyone looking for any type of services at this credit union! You will not be disappointed.

    I took my daughter in to open her 1st savings account for her future. She was so excited as was I. The two young ladies (one in training) that assisted us were AWESOME! They explained all the products and services offered in case I was interested in anything other than het account. I did wind up inquiring of the vacation/Christmas account. I appreciate their customer service and helping to make my daughter feel accomplished with her account and being responsible for her future. I would definitely recommend them if youre looking to open a savings account for your kiddo. It only takes $5 and they give prizes after saving certain amounts. The name of the account is called, Kidz Club. Check it out.

    Great Bank, have enjoyed their service 100%. Only thing I can say is the Drive thru seems to take longer than id like, but grateful for their Thoroughness and attention to security. Only Request I have is to implement the Tap service on Debit cards please!!

    I can not begin to tell you how welcoming everyone was. I opened a new account with Liliana Rayos, and let me tell you she made the whole experience so smooth and easy! She made sure I understood everything and even helped me set up my online banking app. She was so kind and answered any questions I had. And went over some other checking and saving options they have! If you’re looking to bank and open an account I highly recommend going with Liliana!     I have banked at First Basin Credit Union for nearly 10 years now. Absolutely no complaints. I love the free checking and free ATM Visa debit card. And, I love the fact that it has stayed totally free since I first opened my accounts. They have always treated me with the upmost respect even though I never have much money in my account. The online banking and app are easy to use . I am nearly 50 years old now and I can honestly say I have never banked at another bank that I love as much as this one. Thank you!

    Its much faster going inside then using the drive thru at the Midland Drive Branch...for example where going inside at the Odessa West Co Rd branch is more time consuming then using Their drive thru. All in all the staff members are always professional, helpful and kind!
