    I walked in and signed in to request a loan. The loan officer ask me a few questions then proceeded with my application. I left home knowing that I would be notified as soon as the application was processed. I received a phone call with my answer and my documents were sent via email to complete and sign.     The tellers do a good job, however someone is always parked where it is not a parking spot, but an exit to get back on to west county so that’s a little annoy that someone is constantly blocking an exit. I hope it not an employee and that someone does something like maybe put a no parking sign up.

    I called in regards to a late car payment I am having to make, (the two years Ive had the loan I have never made a late payment) I spoke with Crystal Tadea and she was extremely rude through the phone. She was mumbling the entire time and when I would ask her to repeat her self because I wanted to clarify the information she spoke to me as if I was stupid.
