I been needing a bank account in Texas since all my accounts are from back in Washington. I went after work at 5pm they were quick to make my account it took a little bit after they closed to finish setting up the account, the girl helping me was very nice about the whole thing. I felt bad she had to stay a little longer but she was very kind about it, I’ve cashed checks there before I got an account and they are always quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

I want to rave on Jaclyn Ruiz from Andrews branch and Alma from an Odessa branch. My debit cards were recently stolen and ran online. I thought it would be THE BIGGEST headache to deal with and i was wrong. Jaclyn helped me file my dispute efficiently and quickly and took all my needed information. Alma stayed on top of my account and called everyday with an update. They were both so patient and knowledgeable in all the questions i had. Thank you ladies!
