    The experience was great. There were two young ladies helping me to open a checking and savings account. One experienced and the other in training.     The only complaint I have is not explaining every document needed for the loan. Right before signing a final document we were asked for another document they needed. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the loan process. I have been with First Basin for over 20 years and always recommend them to anyone looking for a great bank or credit union.

    Really easy to make an account, Im even a minor and I was able to set up my own checking with my dad as a joint but the process was easy and quick and they even give you a debit card immediately, which is wonderful, I look forward to working with this company for years to come.

At every location, the workers are fast, accurate, and caring about YOU-the customer. All are very friendly.

Cristal Moreno did a very efficient job of explaining what each step was taking place and left no room for having any question what was being done. She’s always a great person. Pleasant to talk with and very informative. I love my first Basin credit Union. It’s been very good to me in getting loans taking care of my banking needs.
