AN LE is the SUPERSTAR of this firm. In a time where there’s a lot of craziness in the housing market, a professional and knowledgeable expert is who you need to go to. When my builder moved our lender, I became worried to the sensitivity of the loan and because I was already previously working with An and she had shown she could provide the calm that was needed. When my loan was first transferred, the first person who handled it there wasn’t the best, but like a knight in shiny armor, An came to save the day again, and continued to work and find the best solution that not just suited her business, but me as the client as well. An, thank you so much. -

Christopher So made this the first easy financial experience Ive had as an adult.He was extremely responsive, and even if the process would get stuck somewhere, I could reach out to him directly and he would either call me immediately to resolve it, or at least quickly acknowledge my message and set up a time to talk. Sure, the builder incentives to stay with FC Lender were there, but Chris made sure to help me buy down to get me a rate that was better than what I was being offered elsewhere. The closing process was also faster, since FC Lender has a hybrid signing approach, so I signed a bunch of papers while comfortably at home, and we were done at the title company in less than an hour. Id recommend Christopher So anytime. -

Brian was a joy to work with. At First Continental Mortgage it was truly a different experience. Brian was genuinely excited for me to get me the keys to my new home and right there along with me for the process! Some mortgage lenders run into a road block with the loan and immediately give up , but Brian never did. He located solutions to the issues and made sure the loan was funded along with the underwriters. I really appreciate this group of people and they assisted in making my new life come into fruition! :-) -
