The initial phone conversation with Rob Bramer made it easy to choose using him and Family Home Loan Texas. There are not many brokers or lenders that take on reverse mortgages in North Texas. Rob recognized that I had taken time to study reverse mortgages and I had already decided it was a best option for me. He took time to drive to my community in Grayson County for first appointment. I did not feel he was trying to sell me something, my intuition told me he was kind and honest, and he answered all my silly questions! My brother liked him to, and thats saying something!
