Where do I start. I was super afraid to purchase a house because I didnt know how. Chris explained the whole process to me. It sounded extremely overwhelming, but he assured me he had a plan to break each step down to make it a stress free experience. In my mind I knew the words stress free and purchasing a home were two things that would never go together. Ill be the first one to admit how wrong I was. From the first time he accidentally answered his phone at work on a Sunday to the day we closed on the house, the only stress I had was the stress I put on myself. I was approved for a loan for 355K over the phone on the first call. We worked together on each step to get paperwork complete. Chris is so knowledgeable about the job he knew how to prepare me for each step to ensure each step will process faster. I know this is hard to believe but he made it easy. Then I was introduced to Nathan who was amazing. He worked with Chris mid ways, until we closed. Chris is extremely smart, knowledgeable, and patient. It was like having the dream team. I say all that to say I thank God for sending family first mortgage in my path. All I wanted to do was leave a message on their machine to get someone to call me back on Monday. Never knew Chris Mr. Workaholic would be at work on a day they were closed, an actually answer the phone. But that is how God works. Thank you Family First Mortgage, Chris, and Nathan for making this an amazing experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with them to close on our house. Chris, Hannah and Nathan have been so wonderful. They worked so hard to help close this loan. When I felt so defeated they came through. They have truly made this process wonderful and I highly recommend going through them for any of your home loan needs. Thank you for all yall have done.
