I was a single mom trying to by my first home in a very competitive market. Trey was beyond wonderful to work with! Using the app was so convenient and easy for documentation uploads. Not only would he stay on the phone with me until he was sure I understood what we were discussing and had all necessary information, but he would accommodate to my work schedule, mostly talking in the evenings after I was off work or even on a weekend if needed. Throughout the entire process, Trey would check on me and give me updates on what part of the process I was in, even if that part of the process didnt directly involve him. Trey was so incredibly patient with me and worked with me to find the best loan that worked for me and also was able to get me a grant which I didn’t even know existed. I love that I will get monthly updates on my home estimate and the value of homes in my area. He really did make the entire house buying process a surprising pleasure especially for a first-time buyer. I definitely will work with him on any future endeavors.
