If there is more stars I would give. These days its so hard to talk to anyone anymore. But Mark was always answering my calls and questions. He would call me even over the weekends to make sure everything in place.Previously I was refered by another local lender from friend. I thought that would be a good choice because of distance. I thought the lender would be available all the time. I was very wrong. The lender was so busy he wouldn’t return my call for days. And he disappeared. On the contrary Mark is a million miles away but he made sure he is available all the time. I didn’t feel a remote at all. Bottom line he will do his best to get you approved . I had an amazing experience with fairway Mortgage and I hope you would too. Good Luck!
